Rockers Graham Nash, James Taylor and Kris Kristofferson celebrated Joni Mitchell’s 75th birthday on Wednesday at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in LA.
Chaka Khan, Norah Jones, Diana Krall, Emmylou Harris, Rufus Wainwright and Seal performed Mitchell tunes.
A guest told Page Six of the show, where stars included Tom Hanks, Jon Hamm, Angela Bassett, Mandy Moore and Jake Gyllenhaal, “Mitchell came onstage at the end. She’s frail but looks fantastic.”
The singer suffered a brain aneurysm in 2015, and rarely appears publicly. The show also featured video messages from Elton John and Peter Gabriel.
