A-Rod and J.Lo have their fitness goals set for 2019

The couple that sweats together stays together.

Alex Rodriguez took to social media with a motivational post — that will get anyone to the gym this year — along with his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.

“The grind never stops,” he wrote. “What are you going to make of 2019?”

The former Yankee, 43, and the “Limitless” singer, 49, were seen working up a sweat using old-school workout equipment at a Gold’s Gym location. The fitspo video was set to Lopez’s latest single.

J.Lo, who recently partnered with activewear brand Niyama Sol, donned a black sports bra and curve-hugging leggings detailed with her twins names Max and Emme while A-Rod sported a white tee and sweatpants with his logo.

The couple, who have been together since March of 2017, spent New Year’s Eve together cuddled up with their kids.

“About last night… Perfect way to start the year… Love that they still wanna fall asleep in Mama’s arms,” Lopez wrote of a sweet pic of her twins posted on New Year’s Day.
