After JWoww’s abuse allegations, Roger Mathews wants custody

Roger Mathews and Jenni “JWoww” Farley‘s divorce is about to heat up.

Mathews has officially responded to Farley’s divorce petition with a petition of his own, The Blast reported. According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Mathews is requesting primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their two children, Meilani and Greyson.

He’s also asking the court to determine a custody schedule that is “in the children’s best interest.”

Mathews is also looking for monthly child support and alimony from the “Jersey Shore” star and is challenging the couple’s prenuptial agreement. The terms of the couple’s prenup haven’t been released, but Mathews wants a judge to find it “invalid and unenforceable.”

The MTV reality star filed for divorce from Mathews in September, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split. The estranged couple appeared to put on a united front for a while, but their relationship has disintegrated in recent weeks, with JWoww having come forward with accusations of domestic violence.

Mathews responded to the allegations by calling JWoww “the aggressor” in their marriage and claiming she has a history of “playing the victim.”
