Lea Michele drops hints about her wedding dress

Lea Michele is counting down the days to her wedding.

And when it came to finding the perfect dress to wear while saying “I do” to her fiancé Zandy Reich, the actress leaned on her red carpet experience.

Over the years, Michele’s attended major events ranging from the Met Gala to the Golden Globes in an array of dramatic gowns — practice which helped inform her final bridal decision.

“[Because] I’ve gone to big events in my life, I have an idea of what works well for my body,” the “Scream Queens” star, 32, told Page Six Style during an event at Zola‘s NYC store. “I don’t look good in a lot of material. I’m 5 feet 2, so it looks very overwhelming on me.”

Continued Michele: “I also don’t look good in form-fitting dresses because my stomach has always been my trouble area, and it just doesn’t work for me. So I was lucky that I could go into it with that information and I think it made the process a lot easier.”

It also doesn’t hurt that Michele’s best friend is one of Hollywood’s top stylists. “I have a great stylist, Brad Goreski,” the “Spring Awakening” lead gushed, “and between him and my mom, I’ve got the best team to help me.”

She’s also thankful to Reich for reigning her in on their wedding registry; the actress admitted that at one point, she’d listed multiple vacuum cleaners before her husband-to-be pointed out they probably weren’t needed.
