Inside this year’s $100K Oscars gift bags

This year’s Oscars swag is all about legal weed, grand excursions and … fancy dental floss?

The 25 celebrity nominees in the acting and directing categories at this year’s Academy Awards won’t all receive gold statuettes, but they will each get an “Everyone Wins” nominee gift bag, courtesy of Los Angeles-based marketing agency Distinctive Assets.

While the company’s founder, Lash Fary, wouldn’t share the exact cost of all of the items, preferring to “celebrate the fun and festive nature of the contents” rather than the bag’s “impressive value,” he did tell Forbes that each bag is easily worth six figures.

Nominees like Lady Gaga and Emma Stone can expect to receive experiential items such as an International Expeditions small-ship adventure to the Amazon, Galapagos, Iceland or Costa Rica (valued at up to $20,000 per person), a weeklong stay at Avaton Luxury Villas Resort in Greece, a trip to Malibu’s 3D Wellness Retreat, a weeklong Golden Door wellness getaway, stained glass portraits by John Thoman, a commissioned original work of art by Reian Williams, 10 personal training sessions with celebrity trainer Alexis Seletzky, $30,000 in treatments and rejuvenation procedures from Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich and a one-on-one session with phobia relief expert Kalliope Barlis.

And that’s only the beginning. Recipients of the swanky satchel will also be given an annual VIP membership to MOTA, LA’s first cannabis-friendly social club, Coda Signature cannabis-infused edibles, topicals and concentrates, CBDRxSupreme CBD oil and cannabis-infused facial products from High Beauty.

After all that green, the stars will be able to satisfy their munchies with a Yeti Cooler full of Jarritos Mexican soda, A. Junod absinthe, Chocolatines and Good Girl Chocolate, Optimum Nutrition protein bars, Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies, Posh Pretzels, a Rouge Maple maple syrup gift set and Southern Wicked Lemonade.

They can also restock their wardrobes and makeup bags with AP4GooD and Happiest Tee T-shirts, Blush & Whimsy color-changing lipstick, a CloSYS oral care kit, a gift box from Instytutum, MZ and Nannette de Gaspé skincare, an It’s a 10 Haircare Miracle hair dryer, Knotty Floss, a Kusshi bag, Le Céline false eyelashes, a Love Is Stronger Than Hate tote, Millianna accessories, Organic Hair Care products, Oxygenetix foundation, a multi-use tote from The Green Garmento, Tru Niagen B3 vitamins, a custom fragrance from Sue Phillips of Scenterprises, a TAPS for Hope Afghan lapis bracelet, ZuZu Kim couture bowties, Salix hair-inhibiting lotion and a Vida Hair Growth system.

Last, but not least, the nominees will also pick up an Elvie Pump, Safety Dog Leash, “The Beauty Book for Brain Cancer,” Soul Shropshire candles, a three-month subscription to WSJ magazine, an “Agent for Animals” spy pen from PETA and a Mister Poop plunger.
