WME threw its annual star-studded Oscar party on Friday night at the palatial home of late legendary agent Ed Limato. The 1937 estate, called Heather House, was known as the site of Limato’s over-the-top Oscar fetes for decades before he passed way in 2011.
At the updated A-list event, guests danced to old school hip hop while others chowed down on Jon & Vinny’s pizza by the pool. Serena Williams arrived for the party fresh from co-hosting Meghan Markle’s royal baby shower in New York. Mike Myers held court in billiards room that also housed a packed bar, and a specialty coffee station.
Also circulating were Rami Malek, his “Boheniam Rhapsody” co-star and reported girlfriend Lucy Boynton, and Queen rocker Brian May, as well as Amber Heard, Mahershala Ali, Liam Hemsworth, Gal Gadot, Michael B. Jordan, Larry David, Carey Mulligan, Richard E. Grant, Wayne Gretzky, Rebel Wilson, Amy Adams.
The party was presided over by power agents Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell.
