Lori Loughlin arrived in Boston Tuesday ahead of her court hearing in the college admissions bribery scandal — and immediately began signing autographs for her fans, according to a report.
The “Fuller House” star and her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, landed at Logan International Airport via private plane Tuesday afternoon, and appeared in good spirits despite facing charges in the nationwide scheme, according to People.
Outside her hotel, a “chatty” and “super friendly” Loughlin signed 15 to 20 autographs for fans and posed for photos, according to the report.
“She came over and she goes, ‘Guys, thanks for being such good fans,'” Beantown resident Robert Schepis told the website.
“She was about to go in, and my friend was like, ‘Can we get photos with you?’ and she was like, ‘Of course!’” Schepis added.
Schepis said he thanked the actress for coming to Boston, despite her legal troubles. She very calmly replied, “No, it’s OK,” he said.
The 54-year-old star and her 55-year-old husband are scheduled to appear in Boston federal court Wednesday.
They are accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli, 19, and Isabella Rose Giannulli, 20, into USC as fake recruits for the crew team.
The pair are “‘very stressed out” and “can’t wait” for the court hearing, a source previously told People.
“It’s very hard for them to think about other things right now.”
