Hilaria Baldwin confirms she miscarried: ‘It’s over’

Hilaria Baldwin gave her followers the unfortunate update that she suffered a miscarriage.

“There was no heartbeat today at my scan…so it’s over…but I have some pretty strong and amazing heartbeats right here,” she captioned a sweet family photo on Instagram on Tuesday evening.

The 35-year-old, who shared that she was “likely experiencing a miscarriage” last week, thanked her followers for their support.

“Thank you all for listening, for your support, and for sharing your own personal stories,” she wrote of the snap that included husband Alec Baldwin.

Earlier in the day, the mom of four revealed on the “Today” show that a scan happening later would determine if her pregnancy was viable. She also posted a photo to her Instagram story before her appointment.

“I’m reminding myself: deep breaths and to be brave,” she wrote of the mirror selfie.

Although the results of the scan confirmed her unfortunate suspicion, she said she still hopes that sharing her experience will help other women.

“We are stronger together…I hope this conversation continues to grow and that we stick together through both the beautiful and challenging moments in life,” she concluded. “Much love and appreciation to all of you.”
