Nipsey Hussle declared dead 35 minutes after shooting

Nipsey Hussle was declared dead 35 minutes after being gunned down outside his LA clothing store last weekend, according to his newly released death certificate.

The document lists the rapper’s death as gunshot wounds to the head and torso, according to TMZ.

Hussle, 33, was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. March 31 at California Hospital Medical Center. His death was listed as “rapid” despite efforts by paramedics.

The certificate says he worked in the entertainment and real estate industries and that he wasn’t married at the time of his death.

Hussle, who was born Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was shot six times while standing in front of his store in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Surveillance cameras captured him speaking with the alleged killer — Eric Holder — before he was shot.

The suspect is being held on $5 million bond on charges of murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.

A public memorial service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Los Angeles’ Staples Center.
