Since Selma Blair has come forward with her multiple sclerosis diagnosis, she’s received tons of support and advice from fans and fellow celebrities battling the disease, including Jack Osbourne.
“I get a lot out of talking to people in kind of the same spot as me,” Osbourne, 33, told People about his conversation with Blair. “I find it kind of comforting knowing you’re not alone. That was really the crux of the conversation I had with Selma.”
Osbourne has been publicly living with MS for the last seven years and has spoken extensively about his health and how it affects him.
“MS is so different with everyone,” he added. “I have the same disease she does but we are affected completely different by it. We spoke about what I do, my regimen. The things I’ve done in the past with it.”
Blair, 46, came forward with her diagnosis in 2018 and at the top of the year, she spoke out revealing the difficulties she’s facing.
But her prognosis isn’t bleak. The actress said in a year’s time she could have 90 percent of her abilities back.
