Jeff Glor was joined by about 100 members of his team at a CBS send-off, Page Six can reveal.
The outgoing “CBS Evening News” anchor, who was bumped from his spot by Norah O’Donnell, went to Anchor Bar in Midtown Tuesday.
The original location’s in Buffalo, NY, where Glor grew up, and is famed for inventing Buffalo wings in 1964.
Glor and company were treated to wings and another Buffalo delicacy, “beef on weck.”
Glor’s poised to stay at CBS News, we hear — although that’s not finalized, and he’s still discussing his future at the network.
A source said: “It shows just how popular Jeff is that so many people showed up.”
