Felicity Huffman appears to be testing out stripes in case she has to wear them in a more official capacity.
The embattled actress, 56, kept a low profile while out in Los Angeles on Thursday, concealing herself in a black baseball hat and aviator sunglasses in addition to a striped blouse and black trousers. Her outing came one day after husband William H. Macy was photographed purchasing graduation balloons to celebrate daughter Sofia Grace’s matriculation from Los Angeles High School of the Arts.
The high school’s events calendar shows a dinner was held for seniors on Wednesday, but the actual graduation isn’t scheduled until June 10.
The irony was lost on no one, as Huffman pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud for paying a proctor $15,000 to rig her daughter’s SAT scores as part of a wide-ranging college admissions scandal.
Huffman faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
