Felicity Huffman didn’t appear to have a care in the world at her daughter’s high school graduation, just weeks after pleading guilty to her role in the wide-ranging college admissions scam.
Huffman, 56, and husband William H. Macy, 69, attended daughter Sofia Grace’s graduation ceremony at Los Angeles High School of the Arts on Monday, where they were photographed hanging out with friends and family. The “Desperate Housewives” star had a big smile on her face as she greeted those close to her.
Macy was recently spotted purchasing balloons to mark the occasion.
In May, Huffman pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud for paying a proctor $15,000 to rig her daughter’s SAT scores.
Huffman faces a recommended four months in prison under her deal with prosecutors, plus a year of supervised release and a $20,000 fine. Her sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 21.
