Morgan Stewart and Brendan Fitzpatrick divorce rumors swirl as couple denies marital trouble

Morgan Stewart and Brendan Fitzpatrick’s inner circle is buzzing with rumors that the “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” star’s husband wants a divorce.

Page Six spoke with a source that said Fitzpatrick, 31, allegedly told colleagues he wants to split up after just three years of marriage following allegations that Stewart, 31, was involved in an inappropriate relationship with her former boss at E!.

However, Fitzpatrick told us via email that the claims are “not true.”

A source said, “Through contacts, I heard that Brendan and Morgan are in the process of getting a divorce. Brendan is telling people who he works with at The Agency.”

A separate source said they noticed Fitzpatrick and Stewart’s marriage may be on the rocks when the couple did not wish each other “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Anniversary” on social media this year — a tradition they’ve regularly taken part in.

Their third wedding anniversary took place May 7, but there are no anniversary tributes on their Instagrams. Fitzpatrick’s birthday is May 19 and Stewart’s is May 22, but neither spouse mentioned it online. The couple reportedly typically throws a joint party.

“No likes, comments or anything,” a source told us. “They share a birthday and it’s usually a big celebration together. It had people talking.”

Fans have also begun to notice Fitzpatrick’s absence on Stewart’s social media. On May 30, one person tagged the “Daily Pop” host on Twitter and asked, “Is anyone else concerned that @Morgan_Stewart and @BrendanFitzp might have split up or is that just me?! Praying that I’m a paranoid psycho.”

Another pointed out in the thread that Stewart has been making her Instagram profile private periodically, to which the E! host responded, “You can follow if you want. Why do i need to be public?” She did not address the initial comment about a rumored split.

Fitzpatrick has not officially filed for divorce, according to records in the Superior Court of Los Angeles, where he and Stewart reside.

Meanwhile, Stewart has not announced a breakup on her talk shows or social media and still wears her engagement ring.

Stewart did not respond to requests for comment, but a source close to the E! host said, “She and Brendan are actually in a really good place right now in their relationship.”

However, since early May, paparazzi have caught Fitzpatrick several times on the streets of Los Angeles without his wedding band. Below, he is pictured (on the left) on May 31 without his ring, and on Jan. 9, prior to Stewart’s scandal, with his ring.

The former reality star’s last Instagram post with his wife was on Valentine’s Day.

In March, Page Six learned exclusively that Stewart was being accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a former E! executive named Bryce Kristensen, both inside and outside of the workplace. She and Kristensen denied the allegations.

A source who witnessed Stewart’s flirtatious behavior firsthand told us, “[Morgan] would throw her arms around [Bryce] in conference room meetings. She would even throw up her legs on his desk, as well as on his legs.”

Fitzpatrick did not comment at the time to share his reaction or whether he was aware of the allegations beforehand. However, Stewart said they were just “hurtful rumors.”

“Bryce and I have known each other since the beginning of my career and have been nothing more than friends and colleagues,” she said in an exclusive statement. “I look forward to moving past these hurtful rumors and innuendo. As for Brendan and I, we remain happily married.”

Fitzpatrick and Stewart tied the knot in May 2016 on “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills.” The series was canceled after four seasons, but Stewart continued her career as a host for E! shows like “E! News: Daily Pop” and “Nightly Pop.”

Fitzpatrick no longer appears on reality TV and works as a luxury real estate specialist for Mauricio Umansky’s brokerage The Agency.
