Thomas Ravenel is offloading his multimillion-dollar South Carolina estate in the wake of his legal battles.

The former “Southern Charm” star, 56, listed the mansion known as Brookland Plantation at $3.95 million. According to real estate records, he purchased the property in 2006 for $2,586,667.

It features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms over approximately 60 acres.

Ravenel is in the midst of a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Kathryn Dennis, 26, over their two children, Kensie, 5, and Saint, 3.

He is also awaiting trial on assault and battery charges. He was arrested in September 2018 for allegedly sexually assaulting his children’s former nanny.

Dennis filed for primary custody of their kids last year after the allegations were made public.
