Katharine McPhee’s wedding reception dress was her ‘something blue’

Katharine McPhee channeled Cinderella at her wedding reception.

After saying “I do” to David Foster in London on Friday, the 35-year-old “American Idol” alum changed out of her custom white Zac Posen ballgown and into a pale blue tea-length dress for party time.

Even McPhee’s accessories — silver embellished sandals and a spherical crystal clutch by Judith Leiber ($3,995) — were fit for a princess.

The “Waitress” star’s wedding dress featured a similar strapless silhouette and sweetheart neckline, with multiple layers of subtly striped tulle; the bride was styled by her new stepdaughter Jordan Foster, the youngest of 69-year-old Foster’s five children.

“It was a absolute dream from head to toe,” McPhee commented on Posen’s Instagram post about her bridal look.

Foster and McPhee began dating in the spring of 2017, and the famed producer proposed to the “Smash” star in July 2018 during a vacation in Capri, presenting her with an enormous emerald-cut engagement ring easily worth six figures.

This marks McPhee’s second marriage and Foster’s fifth.
