Katharine McPhee would like the paparazzi to focus on some other famous newlyweds.
Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, the new Mrs. David Foster, who wed the Grammy winner on Friday in London, joked with photographers to leave them alone and instead zero in on Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, who tied the knot for the second time on Saturday in France.
“To the pack of paps stalking me while I’m in the middle of the ocean in Europe – Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are just two yachts over. Please focus on what truly matters,” McPhee quipped.
McPhee, 35, and Foster, 69, have been enjoying their first days as husband and wife in Italy, where the couple got engaged last summer.
McPhee married Foster last week in front of 100 guests at Church of Saint Yeghiche in the South Kensington area of London, according to Us Weekly. The bride opted for a Zac Posen gown for the big day.
