Ariana Grande and a paparazzo — who sued her for posting a picture he took of her on Instagram — have reached a settlement agreement.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, photographer Robert Barbera filed a voluntary dismissal “without costs” and the case had been settled “in principle.”
In May, Barbera sued Grande, 26, for posting two photos he took of the “Thank U, Next” singer to help promote her “Sweetener” album, claiming she violated copyright laws. He requested $25,000 for each photo.
Following the lawsuit, Grande deleted the Instagram post, but the photos are still up on Twitter.
A court order filed July 18 shows Grande or Barbera reserve the right to reopen the case within 30 days.
The “7 Rings” singer is not the first star to get sued for posting a paparazzi pic of herself. Earlier this month, Gigi Hadid won her lawsuit against the Xclusive-Lee, Inc. agency.
Hadid, 24, previously blasted the paparazzi, saying, “These people make money off us everyday, LEGALLY stalking us day in and day out.” She also said the case was “absurd.”
A rep for Grande could not be reached for comment.
