Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline gets 70% custody of their kids

Kevin Federline and Britney Spears have made changes to their child custody agreement for their two sons, Preston, 13, and Jayden, 12.

According to TMZ, Federline, 41, now has custody of the boys 70% of the time, while Spears, 37, has 30% unsupervised rights. The couple amended the agreement in docs filed on Aug. 28.

Previously, the pair, who were married from 2004-2007, shared custody 50-50. The gossip site says they’ve been following the 70-30 agreement for a year now and just made things official.

In September 2018, Spears and Federline reached a settlement after a long, public battle over child support.

Despite their legal battle, Federline jumped to Spears’ defense earlier this year when she checked herself into a mental health facility.

“Kevin commends Britney for recognizing that she needs to take a step back and that she is taking the reasonable steps to dealing with her situation in a responsible way. He wishes everyone well,” he said in a statement via his attorney.

Last month, the singer posted a photo with Preston and Jayden during a trip to Disneyland in California.

“My boys are older now, so they don’t like their picture taken ever … so I was thrilled today when they said SURE !!!!! Such a great place !!!!!” she captioned the photo.
