A$AP Rocky is already a fashion darling, but he might also be the next beauty influencer.
The rapper, 30, is a model for Calvin Klein and Prada and a fixture at fashion shows from New York City to Paris. Recently, he’s started coordinating his manicure to his music and fashion projects.
“I feel like men should be able to do nail art without feeling feminine,” A$AP Rocky told Vogue.
So far, the rapper has sported explicit “F—k you” nails, Prada-themed designs, eyeballs and motifs from “Testing,” his latest album. He even appeared to reference his legal troubles in Sweden with an American flag design after he was freed from jail and returned to his home country following his assault trial.
Judging by his ability to start a babushka revolution — with copycats including Frank Ocean, Kim Kardashian and Rihanna — male nail art might just be the next big thing.
