Less than a year after going public, Jim Carrey and Ginger Gonzaga have called it quits, Us Weekly reports.
Carrey, 57, and Gonzaga, 35, played love interests on the Showtime series “Kidding,” later taking their on-screen romance to the red carpet by making their debut as a couple during the Golden Globes in January.
“I feel very lucky. … She’s not only beautiful, but she’s wickedly talented and amazing and smart,” Carrey gushed about Gonzaga on the red carpet at the Globes.
In addition to “Kidding,” Gonzaga worked with the “Mask” star on the Showtime series “I’m Dying Up Here,” which Carrey executive-produced.
Carrey’s previously dated Cathriona White, who died from a prescription drug overdose in 2015.
