Evan Rachel Wood calls out Paris Hilton for saying Millie Bobby Brown, 15, is ‘hot’

Evan Rachel Wood is not OK with Paris Hilton using her signature “that’s hot” catchphrase to compliment Millie Bobby Brown.

“She’s 15,” Wood, 32, reminded Hilton, 38, after the hotel heiress wrote her signature tagline under a photo of Brown wearing a leopard print dress.

Hilton did not respond to Wood’s remarks, but many fans came to her defense in the comments.

“Anyone familiar with her knows that the phrase ‘that’s hot’ just basically means ‘that’s cool’ or to show appreciation for something you think is awesome,” one person said.

Another wrote, “It was her catchphrase of sorts, for heaven’s sake. Please, stop being so eager to chastise somebody.”

At age 14, Brown was criticized for not “acting her age” when she posted a photo of herself in a skin-tight snakeskin dress.

The “Stranger Things” star responded on her Instagram Stories at the time, saying, “ik everyone on my last pic wants me to ‘act my age’ but quite frankly its my instagram and if I choose to post that picture and you don’t like it … scroll past it.”

Wood, who was also a child star, has been candid about perhaps growing up too fast in the industry.

In 2018, she said her breakout role in the movie “Thirteen” was “hard to watch [as a mother],” adding that she has “seen some s–t.”
