Outdoor Voices CEO Ty Haney doing well after ‘unexpected complications’ during birth of baby

Ty Haney, founder and CEO of popular activewear brand Outdoor Voices, is recovering after experiencing complications during the recent birth of her and musician husband Mark Wystrach’s baby.

The Austin-based businesswoman and Wystrach, of the band Midland, welcomed a girl, Sundance “Sunny” Leon Haney-Wystrach, on November 21.

“Though there were unexpected complications during her labor, Ty and Sunny are strong and healthy,” a representative told Page Six Style in a statement. “Both are expected to make a full recovery. Ty and Mark are extremely appreciative of the support everyone’s shown and will be enjoying time spent together as a family throughout the holidays.”

Country band Midland also announced Friday that they would postpone their upcoming “Let It Roll” tour.

“[Mark’s] daughter is expected to make a full recovery, but Mark is unable to be away from home until that happens,” the band’s official Twitter account posted. “We are all incredibly saddened to delay the tour and are working hard to reschedule for next year. Mark and Ty will share more info when they feel comfortable. Further information on the rescheduled dates and refund details if unable to attend will be released next week 💔.”
