21 Savage hosts charity dinner at Atlanta YMCA

Rapper 21 Savage got an early start to Thanksgiving, hosting a dinner with his Leading by Example Foundation at the Wade Walker YMCA near his Atlanta home on Nov. 26.

The rapper, mom Heather and friends served hot meals including turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and mac ’n’ cheese to more than 300 families. We’re told that the rapper even gifted a girl $100 for her birthday.

“It was his first annual Thanksgiving dinner with the YMCA. He said he’s doing this because he knows people need to eat, and he’s grateful that he was … able to serve the people in his community,” a source told Page Six.

Earlier this year, the rapper was arrested by ICE agents for allegedly overstaying his visa from the UK. He moved to Atlanta when he was 7. His case is pending.
