Celebs post their own version of the $120K Art Basel banana

These stars have interesting taste.

The Art Basel banana, which sold for $120,000 before being eaten by a performance artist, has inspired a bunch of celebrities to create their own versions.

Brooke Shields, Gayle King, Kelly Ripa, and Ryan Seacrest parodied the pricey piece, titled “Comedian,” after the internet went bananas over it.

Shields posted a sensual selfie with a banana taped to her forehead, writing on Instagram, “An expensive selfie.”

she added, “Great time in #miamiartweek with @nyacademyofart.”

King, on the other hand, photographed crewmembers of “CBS This Morning,” posing under a taped-up banana.

“Love the crew @cbsthismorning they have many talents.. including art connoisseurs.. plz note the banana above Mr. Mullen’s head .. leader of the ‘Mullen cave’ biaggio, and Christopher allowed entry,” she wrote, adding, “Swipe left for the original inspiration which sold for ONE HUNDRED & TWENTY THOUSAND dollars yet no word yet if CBS version is for sale … any takers ???”

Ripa and Seacrest shared their own adaptation of the work on “Live! with Kelly and Ryan.”

Instead of using a banana, they showed off a taped-up bagel and smear and are auctioning it off for a good cause.

“The bids for ‘Art Bagel’ are pouring in!” they stated on Instagram. “The proceeds go to @ryanfoundation! Comment below with real bids and we’ll DM the highest bidder!”

The actual artwork was purchased by billionaires Billy and Beatrice Cox.
