Lauren Manzo‘s daughter is keeping the Christmas magic alive for the “RHONJ” family.
While Marchesa “Markie” Scalia already stole the show at what appears to be a holiday concert, her uncle, Albie Manzo, recently told Page Six that the 3-year-old is the highlight of his holiday season.
“Markie has dominated everyone’s lives. Like, it is just game over,” Albie said. “I think the biggest reason I’m insanely amped up for Christmas this year as if I was a kid is just because of seeing her reaction when we get her stuff.”
The Bloom and Birch co-founder, 33, noted that he wasn’t sure what he was going to get Markie or his other cousins yet, but he knows it won’t go over too well.
“I’ve been joking around saying that I’m getting everyone pets this year because I’m trying to be low-key the uncle or older cousin that buys the gift that drives the parents insane,” he said.
“So like, everyone gets drum sets. This year I might just show up with … I just might stock up on a bunch of puppies. I have no idea. I just, I have a lot of fun with trying to create an environment, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, that the kids have fun.”
But while Albie may be getting engaged soon, don’t expect him to welcome his own children in the near future.
“[Markie]’s the best and that’s exactly why I’ve waited so long to have kids, because I know I got karma coming at me pretty hard for all things that I’ve done,” he said with a laugh.
