Brian Tarantina, an actor known for his roles in “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and “Gilmore Girls,” died of an accidental overdose from a cocktail of drugs, including fentanyl, the city Medical Examiner’s Office said Tuesday.
The 60-year-old Tarantina was found unresponsive in his Hell’s Kitchen apartment early on Nov. 2 and EMS pronounced him dead shortly after, according to authorities.
The city ME said Tarantina died from “acute intoxication by the combined effects of fentanyl, heroin, diazepam and cocaine.”
Sources previously told The Post his body was found face-up on his couch with prescription bottles and glassine envelopes in the apartment.
A rep for the actor told People, Tarantina had been “ill” leading up to his death.
