Gabrielle Union kicks back in Hawaii amid ‘AGT’ drama

It’s been a tense time for Gabrielle Union amid her “America’s Got Talent” exit.

But the star was full of the holiday spirit as she frolicked in a white swimsuit in Maui, Hawaii.

Union was joined by husband Dwyane Wade and their kids. She wrote on Instagram, quoting Blondie: “I’m not the kind of girl who gives up juuuuuust like thaaaaat. Oh nooOOOooo!”

Her lawyers are in talks with NBC after she claimed she lost her job when she complained of a “toxic” work culture.
