Justin Bieber doesn’t care that his mustache is creating a hairy mess among fans.
Insiders tell Page Six Style exclusively that the “Yummy” crooner’s headline-making look is not only despised by his fans but also those closest to him, including wife Hailey Baldwin; however, as long as the world continues to criticize his prickly upper lip, he’s not going to shave it.
“He feels that for years he’s been the pretty boy and loves how much everyone hates it and thinks it’s hilarious,” one insider shared.
“He doesn’t even like it himself, but the more people hate it the longer he wants to keep it,” we’re told.
A separate insider quipped that if it were November—the month of men’s charity efforts for Movember—Bieber would be forgiven for the look. Sadly, it’s merely February.
“The more his wife dislikes it and the more the world dislikes it, the funnier he thinks it is,” our insider explained.
The “Intentions” singer, 25, even kept the stache intact for his now-lauded performance on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.
