Ariel Winter shows off new platinum blond hair
From fiery redhead to icy blonde.
Ariel Winter debuted a new platinum dye job on Instagram Saturday, channeling Emilia Clarke’s flaxen-haired “Game of Thrones” character Daenerys Targaryen in a series of outdoor snaps.
“Winter Is Coming!!!!!!!!!!!,” the 22-year-old “Modern Family” star captioned the photos, referencing a popular line from the HBO hit.
The actress’ fans and friends flocked to the comments to share their thoughts on her new hair hue. “Targaryen,” wrote Winter’s boyfriend Luke Benward, while another person dubbed her a “real life queen of dragons.”
The TV star is no stranger to playing around with hair color; after years spent as a brunette playing Alex Dunphy on “Modern Family,” Winter went red in early 2020.
“Bye bye dark hair. I don’t think I’ll miss you,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
