Amanda Bynes makes surprise return to social media with new Instagram photo

Amanda Bynes is back on the ‘gram.

On Friday, the former Nickelodeon star, 34, posted a new photo of herself on social media, months after clearing her Instagram grid.

Wearing a yellow flannel top over a graphic T-shirt and ripped jeans, Bynes also sports clear glasses in the Instagram post, while appearing to style her long black locks half-up, half-down.

As of Sunday, the photo has amassed over 31,600 “likes.”

In July, Bynes purged her Instagram and rebranded the page as the Matte Black Online Store. She hinted at the store’s development in the spring.

“Getting my Bachelor’s degree from FIDM, Taking online classes, trying to get a 4.0 GPA :] 🎓,” the “Amanda Show” alum posted to Instagram in May. “Looking forward to starting my online store in the future #goals.”

At the time, Bynes also told fans she had been “in treatment” for the last two months, “to help with my social anxiety that caused me to drop out of school months ago. Back on track and doing well!”
