A controversial romance has come to an end.
Dan Gasby created something of a scandal last year when he told the Washington Post that his wife, the lifestyle guru B. Smith, had advanced Alzheimer’s — and that he’d started a relationship with another woman, Alex Lerner.
But Gasby revealed on Jean Shafiroff’s TV show, “Successful Philanthropy,” that he’s no longer dating Lerner.
Smith died in February.
Shafiroff will next be the gala chair of the Dominican Women’s Development Center’s 32nd anniversary gala on Oct. 15.
