Jane Fonda leads celebs in exercise video to encourage voting

Get swole and hit the polls.

Jane Fonda partnered with Register2Vote to film a celebrity-packed workout video where she encouraged voter registration in a new “Exercise That Vote” campaign.

“Hello, class, we’re bringing back the movement,” Fonda, dressed in an ’80s fitness leotard and matching headband said in the video posted Monday. “We need you to be in shape in the upcoming race. I need you to be strong, I need you to be laser focused, I need you to be fully committed to the task at hand, so let’s get ready to exercise our right to vote.”

Several celebs also made an appearance dressed in ’80s garb including Kerry Washington, Shaquille O’Neal, Vanessa Hudgens, Amy Schumer, Ken Jeong, Ashley Benson, Orlando Bloom, and Katy Perry.

Perry, who gave birth over the summer, was seen using a breast pump in the video while shouting, “Get pumped to vote!”

Fonda, 82, concluded the video saying, “Exercise your glutes, exercise your quads and most of all, exercise your right to vote.”
