Meghan Markle pays tribute to Ruth Bader Ginsburg with T-shirt, mask

Meghan Markle is making bold statements post-Megxit.

Her latest is a direct tribute to the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg; the Duchess of Sussex, 39, wore an “R.B.G” T-shirt and “When there are nine” face mask during a recent appearance with Prince Harry for the “Teenager Therapy” podcast.

Both the T-shirt ($25) and mask ($16) are from small businesses on Etsy, with the latter referencing Ginsburg’s memorable remark that the Supreme Court would only have “enough” female justices when there were no men.

Markle paired her statement pieces with a J.Crew striped cardigan ($70), jeans and black Manolo Blahnik pumps ($625).

After Ginsburg died in September at age 87 due to complications of pancreatic cancer, Markle released a statement about the historic figure.

“With an incomparable and indelible legacy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg will forever be known as a woman of brilliance, a Justice of courage, and a human of deep conviction,” Markle, 39, wrote in a statement. “She has been a true inspiration to me since I was a girl. Honor her, remember her, act for her.”
