Kylie Jenner has reached a settlement in the lawsuit over her lingerie designs.
Back in January, the 23-year-old beauty mogul was sued by Klauber Bros, Inc., a company that creates original lace designs and claimed that Jenner had used one of its copyrighted styles on the waistband of a thong sold on her Kylie Shop.
Now, after initially seeking all profits from sales of the style — which is no longer listed on the star’s website — Klauber Bros is dismissing all claims against Jenner, with the suit settled for an undisclosed sum.
“PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Klauber Brothers, Inc. has reached a settlement agreement as to the claims against Defendants The Kylie Shop, Inc. and Kylie Jenner, Inc.,” read the court documents dated October 12.
