Christina Anstead is sailing away from her problems amid her separation from Ant Anstead.
“When we have a choice to get caught up in alllllll the nonsense or just choose to find peace … I’m choosing the anomaly,” the HGTV star wrote on Instagram Wednesday along with a video of dolphins swimming in the sea as she films from her new boat.
Christina, 37, has decided to block out all the haters and try to just enjoy this new chapter of her life.
“It’s interesting how you can go from being worried / getting anxious about what people are saying about you to just deciding not to read / read into any of it,” she captioned the video. “When you are officially done ‘playing the game.’ We all have the choice… choose the one that makes you feel good.”
The “Flip or Flop” host, who purchased a yacht named Aftermath last week, finds her serenity on the water.
“I’ve always loved the ocean and find it relaxing – To me- this is peace and perfection ♥️,” she added.
She and Ant, 41, announced their separation in September.
They dated for a year before getting married in December 2018 at their Newport Beach, Calif. home. The exes share one child, 1-year-old son Hudson.
Ant has had a hard time moving from Christina and shared that he has joined a “breakup recovery” program earlier this week.
Meanwhile, Christina and her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa share two kids, Taylor, 10, and Brayden, 5.
El Moussa is now engaged to “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae Young.
