NYC real estate mogul Paolo Zampolli relocates to Washington, DC

Mr. Zampolli goes to Washington.

After making a fortune in New York real estate, Paolo Zampolli has relocated to DC, Page Six is told.

We hear the modeling-agent-turned-property-mogul has moved into a 14,000-square-foot, $17 million Georgetown pad — and hired a former Cipriani chef as a private cook. Zampolli — who famously introduced President Trump to Melania — hosted a debate-night party to celebrate his arrival, with guests including Blackwater founder Erik Prince and Fox News’ Sara Carter (who, we’re told, had to duck out to appear on “The Ingraham Angle”).

Page Six readers will remember that the ID Models founder and his partner, Amanda Ungaro, went through an ugly patch in 2018 — but we’re told they’re happily back together and looking forward to life together in their new city.

Apparently, Zampolli is planning to host a Davos-style economic forum in DC next year. Meanwhile, we’re told that the first thing he shipped to his new home is a giant oil portrait of Trump.
