Ant Anstead’s split from estranged wife Christina Anstead is taking a toll.
The British television host, 41, posted a photo of himself on Instagram, to which a follower responded that he looked “thinner.” Anstead replied, “23 lbs 😕. Don’t worry I will get it back on 💪🏼 🐷 x”
Ant continued to assure other fans who noticed his substantial weight loss that he would gain it back.
“it’s going straight back on 🍩🍪🧁🍰🍔🌭🍕🐷,” he quipped.
Last week, Ant revealed he joined a “breakup recovery” program following his split from Christina after fewer than two years of marriage.
At the time, he wrote that he was on day 30 of the program and said “it’s been a lifeline” for him.
Last month, Christina, who gained fame for appearing with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, on HGTV’s “Flip or Flop,” announced she and Ant had “made the difficult decision to separate.”
They share a 1-year-old son named Hudson. Christina also has two children with El Moussa, son Brayden James, 5, and daughter Taylor Reese, 10, while Ant has two children from his previous marriage.
Meanwhile, Christina has been busy hitting the high seas on her new yacht, Aftermath.
