Just a couple of weeks after revealing his inoperable brain tumor diagnosis, Tom Parker has welcomed his second child.
The Wanted crooner’s bandmate, Max George, revealed the news on “Lorraine” Tuesday, saying that Parker’s wife, Kelsey Hardwick, 30, “gave birth to her second child last week.”
They’re also parents to 1-year-old daughter Aurelia.
Parker and Hardwick announced in May that they were expecting a second child together. It was only five months later that Parker, 32, would reveal his cancer battle.
“We are all absolutely devastated but we are gonna fight this all the way,” the British singer wrote on social media.
George later commended Parker’s bravery in fighting his stage 4 glioblastoma.
“It’s obviously a devastating and scary time… but for those who don’t know Tom, I will say this. There is nothing that he has ever given up on and has never taken no for an answer,” George wrote.
