Candace Cameron Bure psyched to become a ‘hot grandma’ one day

You gotta have goals.

Candace Cameron Bure is psyched for the next phase of her life after her son Lev’s August engagement, hoping to be “the best mother-in-law in town” and excited at the prospect of being “the hot grandma.”

“We will love them unconditionally,” Bure, 44, told Us Weekly of Lev, 20 and his fiancée, Taylor Hutchison.

“We will want to be a part of [their] lives, want to be a part of the grandkids’ lives. I don’t want to do anything to rock the boat. I just want to be there to support.”

“It is so exciting to me,” she told Us. “I can’t wait until the day I do become a grandma, whether that’s a few years or five years or 10, whatever, I love children.”

Bure is also mom to Natasha, 22, and Maksim, 18, with her husband, Valeri Bure, 46.

Candace and the former NHL player courted controversy in September with a pic of the two of them where Valeri’s was cupping Candace’s breast over her shoulder. Conservative fans raised an outcry, and Bure deleted the photo, though she eventually re-posted it.

“I love the fact that so many people had an opinion on it,” she told Fox News. “It made me laugh because I wasn’t trying to make a statement. This is just how my husband and I are. You know, we adore each other and we still have fun and we’re spicy together.”
