‘RHOSLC’ star Jen Shah on the plastic surgery scene in Utah

“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah is getting real about plastic surgery in Utah.

“They’re all getting boob jobs,” Shah, 46, told Page Six Style of the women in Salt Lake City. “They’re all getting vagina rejuvenation. If they are saying they’re not, they’re lying.”

Pointing out that Utah is one of the top US states when it comes to plastic surgeons per capita, she continued, “But it’s very interesting here. If you talk to people, they’re like, ‘Oh, no, I woke up like this. I don’t get anything done.’ And it’s like, ‘F—k yes, you do! You get it done just like I do, you do too, okay? You did not wake up like that. Stop!'”

Continued Shah, “I wish people would be more open, because I just want to know where to go. Save me 10 bad Botox jobs. Just tell me where to go … ‘Hey, you want an eyebrow lift? You want Botox? You want your lips injected? Here’s where you go.’ I wish somebody would tell me that, because I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t wake up like this.”

While Shah didn’t disclose what work she’s had done, she teased that “it takes a lot to be Jen Shah.”

Meanwhile, her co-star, Heather Gay, told us that she gets Botox “every three to four months,” gets her lips done once a year and also gets a “painful facial” twice a year.

And Shah has a theory about why most Salt Lake City women prefer to keep their procedures under wraps.

“I think a lot of it has to do with the predominant religion here being Mormon. Like, you’re supposed to strive for perfection, but … you’re not supposed to be, like, telling people that you’re getting stuff done or something,” she said. “I don’t know. Maybe [it’s] against the religion to have, like, a man look at your boobs or something.”

“RHOSLC” premieres Nov. 11 at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo.
