Nikki Bella reveals how Artem feels about her ex John Cena’s text

Nikki Bella says her fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev, wasn’t bothered when her ex John Cena reached out to congratulate her on welcoming a baby.

Bella, who shares 3-month-old son Matteo with Chigvintsey, said the “Dancing with the Stars” pro is “so secure” in their relationship, while noting that she isn’t in regular contact with Cena.

“That’s what I love about Artem,” Bella, 36, exclusively told us. “He’s just so comfortable in his own skin, in our relationship. He’s so secure — which he should be — that we could literally be friends with exes and it doesn’t bother us.”

Last week, the “Total Bellas” star revealed that Cena, 43, sent her and twin sister, Brie Bella, congratulatory wishes on the births of their children. Brie and Nikki welcomed their sons one day apart in August.

However, Nikki clarified to us that she hasn’t spoken to her ex-fiancé one on one in a “long time.”

“I haven’t talked to John in a conversation in a long time, well over a year,” she said. “He congratulated us about the babies, but that was group text, not individual to me.”

Brie added, “I think, too, because he was so close with our family and when we have big milestones, like when the book came out and having the babies, he’ll put us on a group text to send congratulations.”
