Jennifer Garner jokes about $8 childhood haircut

Jennifer Garner is counting her styling blessings ahead of Thanksgiving.

On Instagram Monday, the 48-year-old actress shared a throwback snap from her childhood, giving a shoutout to hairstylist Adir Abergel while revisiting her past hairstyles.

“This week I’m grateful for…..@hairbyadir,” Garner captioned the post, adding the hashtags “Sometimes the 8 dollar haircut worked” and “Sometimes it didn’t.”

Garner’s legions of followers had some thoughts about her previous chop job.

“But the cut DID work, in so many ways,” Kimberly Williams Paisley replied.

“This is amazing,” Molly Sims responded. “Grateful for you.”

“Has anyone ever told you you’re the female Sam Affleck?” Sara Foster quipped.

Garner shares 8-year-old son Sam and daughters Violet, 14, and Seraphina, 11, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, 48.

Last month, Garner shut down pregnancy speculation after she posted a photo of herself holding a giant pumpkin with a smaller pumpkin inside.

“STILL NOT HAVING MORE BABIES. good grief, i didn’t even see it, i just saw the matching smiles,” she said.
