Larsa Pippen supports son Scotty Pippen Jr. amid Malik Beasley scandal

Larsa Pippen celebrated son Scotty Pippen Jr. over the weekend, less than two weeks after the 20-year-old addressed her recent rendezvous with NBA player Malik Beasley.

On Sunday, Larsa posted a screenshot from Scotty’s college basketball game, in which his Vanderbilt Commodores defeated Mississippi Valley State, 84-41.

“Great win deuce @spippenjr,” Larsa captioned her Instagram story, according to Us Weekly.

Larsa, 46, shares Scotty and three other children with her estranged husband, Scottie Pippen, 55.

Earlier this month, photos emerged of Larsa holding hands with Beasley, 26, during a November outing in Miami. The Minnesota Timberwolves guard is married to Montana Yao, with whom he has a son.

As the images circulated, Scotty addressed the controversial shots on Twitter.

“Focused on myself and my goals. I’m not responsible for nobody’s actions. All good over here,” he tweeted Dec. 1.

Scotty also “liked” a tweet that read, “Dear Scotty Pippen Jr if you are reading this stay focused kid, don’t worry about social media, i know thats ya moms but you gotta control what you can control,” via Awesemo.com.

Over the weekend, Beasley dropped a flirty comment on Larsa’s Instagram, days after estranged wife Yao spoke out in the wake of the scandal.

“Things have been pretty rough I’m not going to [lie]. We were told to leave our family home 10 days ago and just like you all I’m pretty confused,” Yao posted to Instagram last week.

“There has been no private or public addressing of the situation nor any type of apology,” she continued. “I’m not the type to disclose too much information but I definitely will if or when I feel it is appropriate.”

Yao has also reportedly filed for divorce from Beasley.
