Shia LaBeouf spotted biking amid ongoing FKA Twigs lawsuit

Shia LaBeouf was spotted biking in Pasadena, Calif., on Wednesday, three months after his lawyer revealed the embattled actor was seeking “long-term inpatient treatment.”

LaBeouf, who is being sued by ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs over their alleged abusive relationship, was photographed cycling in a navy blue T-shirt and gray shorts, while also sporting sunglasses and a face mask.

In December, Twigs — whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett — accused LaBeouf, 34, of sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress, the New York Times reported.

The former couple initially met in 2018, when Twigs joined the cast of LaBeouf’s drama “Honey Boy.” They started dating once filming commenced.

LaBeouf has since denied “each and every allegation” in the lawsuit. He had previously told the New York Times via email: “I’m not in any position to tell anyone how my behavior made them feel.

“I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say,” he continued at the time.

In early February, Variety reported LaBeouf and his talent agency, CAA, had parted ways as the actor entered an inpatient facility. It’s unclear if he’s completely finished with the inpatient care and reps didn’t immediately return our request for comment.

LaBeouf was not fired from the agency, two individuals familiar with the situation told the outlet, noting LaBeouf decided to step away from acting to focus on getting help.

LaBeouf had received treatment for over five weeks, a source told Variety at the time. His release from the care facility is to be dependent on his recovery, per the publication.

Late last month, Margaret Qualley, a former girlfriend of LaBeouf, showed support for Twigs, 33, on social media.

Taking to Instagram at the time, Qualley, 26, shared a photo of Twigs on the cover of Elle magazine, where the singer spoke about the “systematic” abuse she allegedly endured from LaBeouf. Qualley captioned her Instagram post, “Thank you.”
