Cardi B is now obsessed with Gia Giudice’s sad song

Cardi B is waking up in the morning, thinking about so many things.

The “WAP” rapper expressed her fandom for Gia Giudice’s now-iconic sad song from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” and said it’s one of the few reasons she’s staying on Twitter.

“Thinking about deleting this app until I drop my next little project …but then again where I’m going to hear ‘wakin up in the morning thinkin about so many things I just wish things will get better ‘?” Cardi tweeted over the weekend.

The daughter of Teresa and Joe Giudice spotted Cardi’s tweet and responded with amazement, “this is unreal!! CARDI I’m in Bahamas let’s meet up.”

Although Cardi didn’t answer 20-year-old Gia’s request, she did respond to a fan who told her she had been “failed when they didn’t make Bickenhead a single” with a clip of the song.

Gia’s song continued to be an absolute mood for the “I Like It” rapper, who tweeted the video again on Sunday and wrote, “I got no reason to post this video …. I just want it to be on your timeline.”

Gia’s 10-year-old tune also recently made its way into Will Smith’s TikTok video.

“I had a bunch of friends sending me text messages saying Will Smith was singing your song on Instagram and when I saw it, I couldn’t believe it,” Gia told E! News. “I love Will Smith and I thought it was really cool that he did that.”

She quipped, “Maybe I’ll do one of his songs in return.”

Gia debuted the song back in 2011 on Season 3 of “RHONJ.”

The heartbreaking tune described her feelings about mom Teresa fighting with her brother, Joe Gorga, with the lyrics: “Waking up in the morning / thinking about so many things / I just wish things would get better. I’m trying to get rid of them, but nothing seems to stay the same.”

Gia previously commented on the song resurfacing on Instagram, writing, “This is gonna haunt me my whole life [face-palm emoji, laughing emoji].”
