Dorinda Medley still lives in NYC despite Ramona Singer’s claim she moved

Dorinda Medley may not be holding an apple anymore, but she’s still living in the Big Apple.

Rumors began swirling that the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 56, was taking up the Berkshires as her permanent residence after her former costar Ramona Singer claimed to “Access Hollywood” that Medley’s apartment building in NYC’s Sutton Place “stopped comping her rent.”

But, Page Six exclusively learned that Medley still calls the Upper East Side home despite listing her condo on East 87th Street for rent in March 2020. The unit was taken off the market in September 2020, presumably upon her return to Manhattan.

“Dorinda has owned her apartment since 2001,” her rep, Steve Honig, told us on Friday. “She moved out while having it fully renovated. She continues to live in her apartment on the Upper East Side and spend her weekends at Blue Stone Manor [in the Berkshires].”

Page Six first reported that Medley’s home at the Oriana building was in jeopardy after she was not asked to return for Season 13 of “RHONY,” as she had signed a contract to live in a three-bedroom apartment in exchange for promoting it. As a result, fans saw Medley host Valentine’s Day and Halloween parties at the ritzy building.

Medley then moved to her Blue Stone Manor estate in Massachusetts to quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic.

It appears Medley made the most of her time in the Berkshires as she completed her memoir, “Make It Nice,” from the home.

The book is set to be released this summer.
