Machine Gun Kelly reveals why he wears Megan Fox’s blood in a necklace

Machine Gun Kelly’s bond with Megan Fox isn’t just skin deep.

The singer, whose real name is Colson Baker, took his song “Bloody Valentine” to a whole new level in February, when he revealed that his girlfriend gifted him a drop of her blood to wear around his neck.

Now, the 31-year-old is sharing the full story behind the romantic (if rather unconventional) jewelry.

“Well, she was actually going out of town to film a movie. This was really new in our relationship,” Baker said during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Wednesday.

“I didn’t have a passport either. So, she was going out to Bulgaria so I was kind of freaking out, like, ‘You’re gonna leave and I can’t even come see you.’”

Apparently, the lovers didn’t have to stress about spending time apart; Baker also revealed that he ended up getting a passport with the help of Sen. Bernie Sanders, and was able to visit Fox while she was filming.

Still, the star takes the necklace with him wherever he goes — even if he’s not actually wearing it.

“Some people give, like, a handkerchief to their partner or whatever,” he said. “She gave me her DNA.”

Fox and Kelly — who met while filming “Midnight in the Switchgrass” — were first spotted out together in May 2020 and made their love Instagram-official shortly after.

Since then, they’ve made their red carpet debut as a couple at the AMAs, stepped out in matching outfits and even sparked engagement speculation.
