Gwen Stefani shows off preserved wedding dress and flowers from Vera Wang

No doubt about it, Gwen Stefani’s wedding dress is still close to her heart.

Less than two months after tying the knot with Blake Shelton, the pop star, 51, showed off her preserved Vera Wang wedding gown – and a special gift from the designer.

While the couple wed on July 4, it seems Wang is still celebrating the newlyweds. She gifted Stefani and Shelton a large bouquet of white roses on Tuesday, which the No Doubt singer showed off in an Instagram Story.

“Dearest Gwen, what a pleasure to have shared in your happiness by choosing us to dress you, not once, but twice,” Wang, who also designed Stefani’s shorter reception dress, wrote in the accompanying note.

She added, “As an enormous fan, on behalf of me and my team, again thank you. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness! X VERA.”

Stefani responded to the sweet surprise on her Stories, saying, “Wow Vera! Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers, but the dress… like, it was literally a dream come true to be able to work with you and get married to Blake in your gown.”

“I love you so much,” she continued. “Thank you!”

The gift from Wang seemed to inspire Stefani to look back at her dress, as she shared a video of a white box reading “my wedding dress” and “fragile handle with care.”

Shelton, 45, is still showering his new bride with flowers too, as he brought his own blooms to the table before seeing Wang’s gift.

When Stefani asked what he was doing, the country crooner joked, “Standing here like an idiot because you told me to go get some flowers to put in the vase for dinner and then I walk in and see this.”

It seems everything is still coming up roses for the newlyweds. While the “Hollaback Girl” singer had Shelton’s name — as well as the names of her three kids — embroidered on her custom wedding dress, she’s been paying tribute to her new husband in other ways as well, recently stepping out wearing shoes printed with his face.
