Olivia Jade Giannulli and ‘Bachelor’ Matt James reportedly join ‘DWTS’

Lori Loughlin’s daughter Olivia Jade Giannulli and former “Bachelor” star Matt James are reportedly joining Season 30 of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Giannulli, 21, was spotted being escorted into the rehearsal studio Tuesday in a video published by TMZ, which reported that her pro partner appears to be Val Chmerkovskiy.

Meanwhile, James, 29, has also been added to the lineup for the upcoming season of the ABC dance competition show, Us Weekly reported. It is unclear who he’ll be paired with.

Reps for Giannulli and James did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. ABC had no comment.

Perhaps the stars are trying to save some face, as they both have been wrapped up in headline-making scandals in recent years.

Giannulli, a YouTuber with a massive following, was canceled after her mom, Loughlin, and dad, Mossimo Giannulli, were busted in March 2019 for paying $500,000 to get Olivia Jade and her sister, Bella, into USC.

Loughlin, 57, and Mossimo, 58, both served time in prison for their involvement in the college admissions scam, while Olivia Jade lost sponsorships, was booted from her sorority and did not return to school. The influencer has since spoken out about the scandal, saying that she was “ashamed.”

James was faced with his own scandal earlier this year when he rekindled his relationship with his “Bachelor” winner, Rachael Kirkconnell, whose past racially insensitive actions resurfaced while Season 25 aired.

James, the first black “Bachelor” in franchise history, had initially given the final rose to Kirkconnell, but he dumped her after photos of her attending an Antebellum-themed party in college made the rounds online.

Kirkconnell, 24, has since apologized, and the pair have been spotted spending time together all summer.

Others who have reportedly signed on for the next season of “DWTS” include JoJo Siwa, Kenya Moore, Olympian Suni Lee and “The Talk” co-host Amanda Kloots.

Siwa, who came out as queer in January, will be the first person on the show to be matched up with a same-sex partner.

“Dancing With the Stars” Season 30 premieres Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
